I never got any sleep last night so, I was tired in the work out. but we did a speed work out, 2 miles warm up then 1 mile speed changes +1 lap recovery. then 1 mile at 5:56, 800m at 2:46, 800m 2:51, 800m 2:59 and 800m at 2:58 after did 5 laps then went around 2 mile loop. I feel like I could'nt go on after the last 800m, but I finshed the work out. |
